Who we are

What we collect

We collect your name, email address, message content, and a record of marketing opt-in and when it was given. This covers requests for free resources, newsletter subscriptions, product reservations and contact forms. Netlify Forms records the submission time alongside the ebook form's marketing opt-in.

Why we use your data and our lawful basis

  • Fulfilling your request for a resource, reservation or reply: legitimate interests in responding to you, or taking steps at your request before entering a contract, where applicable.
  • Marketing emails: only with your opt-in consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing or contacting us. This does not affect your download.
  • Consent records and spam prevention: legitimate interests in keeping accurate records and protecting our forms, and legal obligation where applicable.

Sharing and international transfers

Your data is never sold. We use Netlify, Inc. for hosting and ebook form storage in the US. Existing newsletter, product reservation and enquiry forms use FormSubmit to forward submissions by email. Email correspondence is handled through our email providers. We do not automatically enrol ebook requesters in marketing unless they opt in.

US transfers are protected by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, the UK–US Data Bridge or equivalent safeguards, as applicable to the processor and transfer. Contact us for details of the safeguards applying to your data.

Retention

  • Download requests: up to 24 months.
  • Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe, after which we keep a minimal suppression record to honour your preference.
  • Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact.

Your rights

You have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawing consent and portability, where applicable. To exercise your rights, email msconsultancyint@gmail.com. We respond within one month. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
